This is a tabletop exhaust set equipped with a bearing-type turbo molecular pump nEXT85.
The "T-Station 85" is a low-cost, compact turbo molecular pump station equipped with a simple controller, combining the highly proven nEXT85 turbo molecular pump with either the E2M1.5 rotary pump or the XDD1 diaphragm pump. The T-Station comes standard with the Edwards TAG controller, allowing for system start and stop with the push of a button. The T-Station is capable of controlling Edwards' active gauges and vent valves.
